Itinerary
Day 1 Port Olimpic – Ses Salines
Departure from Port Olimpic in Barcelona at 10:00 pm on Monday with a full tank of fuel and food for the overnight journey to get to Ibiza. This journey will take us between 24 and 30 hours under sail if the wind favors us and with the help of the engine when necessary. This will maybe cost 80 depending on the winds.
Day 2 Ses Salines
After crossing the Mediterranean, we will arrive on Tuesday between 10h00 and 15h00, to the beach of Ses Salines, and there we will take a buoy to tie the sailboat and swim, the price is about 35 per night. This beach has three restaurants where you can eat well and sometimes see famous people. The price for a menu for one person is around 30.
Day 3 Ses Salines – Ses Illetes - Marina Ibiza
We will spend the night in Ses Salines and get up at 9h30 pm on Wednesday, to navigate to Formentera. This journey will take us 1 hour, sailing, and fuel will cost about 20, depending on the weather.
Once in Ses Illetes, we will drop the anchor near its fabulous beaches, and we will approach the sand to take a few cocktails in one of its famous bars. We will spend a nice relaxing day at the beach and eat at one of the most iconic restaurant in the area, Es Molí, where the menus range from 50 to 80 per person.
In the evening we will take the opportunity to watch the magnificent sunset with a beautiful view over the boat, and sail to Marina Ibiza, to spend the night in the port.
The price for fuel to this port will be about 40 and the price for the boat, for one night is 170. Marina Ibiza is about 5 minutes away from the city center, we can do a sight seeing tour and have diner under the castle. The average price for diner is 25 per person. At the port, we can use their services like shower, and use toilet more conveniently.
Day 4 Marina Ibiza
We will get up and take the opportunity to spend the day around town and some shopping for groceries, souvenirs, clothes… and we will end up visiting around the castle. We will stay another night at the port to get to know more the surroundings, the nightlife, the famous Pacha nightclub 70 per entry per person, and the luxury of Marina Botafoch. This other night in the port will cost 170 per sailboat, for breakfast 10 per person, food around 20 per person and diner 35 per person.
Day 5 Marina Ibiza - Cala Portinatx
The next day, Friday, we will get up at around 10h00 am, and we will depart to Cala Portinatx.
The route will take us about 5 hours and fuel will cost about 40. We will arrive at around 15h00 at Portinatx where we will eat on a restaurant on the beach which costs about 50 per person. Then we will swim, look at the nearby coves and spend the night on a buoy that will cost us another 35 per sailboat.
Day 6-7 Cala Portinatx - Port Olimpic
On Saturday morning, at about 9h30 we will go back to Port Olimpic in Barcelona, it will take us 24 to 30 hours to sail there, so we will arrive on Sunday between 10h00 qnd 15h00. The estimated cost for fuel will be about 80.
